about bizzy bodies
yoga teaches the practice of balance in
our lives. it engages us through personal challenges, of setting
limits, promoting self-discipline, and helping us to accept
who we are. bizzy bodies’ mission is to help children
and families achieve their fitness goals through the practice
of this beautiful art form.
bizzy bodies improves health, builds self-confidence, and
balance, for children, adults, and families. this is accomplished
through the practice of a noncompetitive, invigorating, and
fun form of yoga. physical needs are addressed by stimulating
the body and mind through interactive exercises that promote
flexibility, attention, concentration, strength, and relaxation.
as a result, our families develop important physical and mental
tools they can constantly use to improve their everyday lives.
